flickring

i like learning by doing....so even though i don't know all about flickr yet, i jumped in and uploaded a photo from one i had stored in my yahoo account. very exciting! i'm finally catching up to my friends (and my mom!) by sharing photos via computer. i've always loved photography; especially darkroom work, but was dismayed by the harsh chemicals involved. haven't embraced digital cameras yet....but maybe if i got a good slr i could be won over... this is fun!

where's mine?

well, i've got a blog set up, and i think i've registered it (2x) ...but it's not on the list of participants...so i'll just continue to work on the draft and figure out that little detail later. having fun reading everyone else's and finding out about the newer employees...guessing the hidden identities of the bloggers.

this is the most work-related fun i've had in some time. the avatars are lots of fun...we should have them in the employee directory!

i've been to the myspace blogs of some of my favorite musicians, but this is still pretty new to me. kind of like "People" magazine for the common folk. one can really while away the time reading o.p's blogs....
